Terms and legal agreements governing the use of the Kissa Piroi boutique platform.
1. Handcrafted Authenticity & Uniqueness
Every piece at Kissa Piroi is individually created by the hands of master artisans. Subtle variations in thread tension, motif spacing, and needle knots are inherent hallmarks of authentic handcraft rather than defects.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on kissapiroi.in, including garment silhouettes, needlework motifs, brand photography, logos, and narrative text, is the intellectual property of Kissa Piroi Atelier and protected under copyright laws.
3. Pricing and Product Representation
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST taxes. While we take meticulous care to calibrate display photography under natural daylight, slight monitor color variances may occur across mobile and computer displays.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to website usage, transactions, or product claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
